We are move-in-ready on our first LYON duet - with one of the turnkey opportunities already claimed! Progress is well underway on the remaining two builds:
Build Exteriors are Painted & Crews Are Focusing Inside
Drywall is Complete
Floor & Shower Wall Tile is Complete
Framing is Well Underway on the Final LYON Offering
Where We’re Going:
Crews are still on track to deliver the second LYON offering by Early 2024. In the meantime, onsite build teams are working hard on the third and final build.
